It was a true honor to direct staged readings of MEET THE GLASS FAMILY and THE SNOWMAN, two plays written by the late Scott Huguenin. I never had the chance to met Mr. Hugenin, but after reading his words and meeting many of his family, friends, and former students yesterday, I now know he was a talented playwright, a generous teacher, and much-loved man. The event was a beautiful tribute headed by John Pietrowski and hosted by Playwrights Theatre of New Jersey and RoxPAC. You can purchase Scott Hugenin’s plays here.

Scott Huguenin wrote plays for adults and children. He started his career in the advanced playwriting class at Playwrights Theatre’s Creative Arts Academy in Madison, NJ, and had his work performed at Playwrights Theatre, 12 Miles West, The Festival of NJ Writers, Funny Bones Festival, the MultiStages New Works Festival and the Tada Youth Theatre in NYC.
